Your files never leave your device.
OrganizeX works fully offline. We never see, collect, or upload your photos, videos, audio, or people database.
What we do store
What we do store: only the details needed to process your purchase and manage your license: your name, email, purchase date, license key, and the version you bought. We never store your payment card details; payments are handled securely by Fawaterak.
With each purchase we also keep the price paid and the payment reference that Fawaterak sends us, so we can answer questions about your order and process refunds.
License activation
When you activate your license, we store a device identifier for the PC it is activated on and the date of your last license transfer. We use these only to apply the "1 PC, one transfer per year" rule. They contain no information about your files.
Email sign-ups
If you ask to be notified (for example about EduX or our Power BI & Power Automate services) or subscribe to blog updates, we store your email address, where you signed up and the date. We only email you about DatalumeX updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Contact and quote forms
When you send us a message or request a quote, we store what you enter in the form (such as your name, email, company, phone and message) and your IP address for spam protection, so we can reply to you.
Website analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves. It uses no cookies and collects no personal data; it only counts visits in aggregate. That is why this site has no cookie banner.
Where your data is kept
All of the data above is kept on DatalumeX's own server. We never sell your data, and we share it only with Fawaterak to process your payment, or with authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it (unless we must keep it by law). Write to [email protected].
